Our stationery and invitations typically take 3-5 business days to process and print. A proof of your order will be generated within 24 hours, and for your convenience is available to you via fax, email or U.S. mail. We provide these proofs to give you an opportunity to carefully review spelling, layout and make any changes before going to press. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact one of our stationery Consultants using email or our toll free number. We will be happy to advise you regarding product choices, proper wording, etiquette, and more! Once we receive confirmation to print, we put your order into production. In the event there is an error in the final product and it is our mistake, it will be given priority attention and we will replace your order at no charge. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for replacement paper, whether stationery or invitations. All sales are final on personalized stationery. Purple Puddle ships all U.S. orders via UPS from our shop in North Carolina. Shipping costs depend on preferred method and delivery time: Next day, 2nd day air, and UPS ground. And delivery destination. Next day - $35.00 Printed orders ship approximately 2-3 business days after the approval. Purchases from our online gift shop or Blank Stock will ship within 1-2 business days.
